Gear up for Halloween and treat yourself to the best street food around, as Makers Market takes over Spinningfields with a two day celebration this weekend. There’s something for everyone at the extensive market as over 100 traders from around the North West and beyond offer up food, drink, arts and crafts, vintage finds, canine fashions from Paw & Hounds, and DJs all weekend with Pasta Paul and Stutter and Twitch will be spinning the wheels of steel. Vegan shoppers can partake of Veega’s delicious treats; meat eaters may enjoy black pudding slices from Cumbrian Pie Co. Everyone will enjoy vintage finds at Vintage What Nots, handmade textiles from Hare in The Forest or Arabic Scents from Azafia UK. It may only be late October but it’s ok to whisper ‘Christmas is coming’ – and there’s no place better to get some unique gifts than the Makers Market this weekend. Plus you’ll be one step ahead of the crowd.
