Jesus and Mary Chain, Sleaford Mods, Wire and more headline the third edition of the hugely expanded one-day music festival, Cosmosis. Fast becoming synonymous with mighty psych-rock soundscapes, the festival’s line up has broadened its scope this year to include electronic producer Ulrich Schnauss and Midlands post-punk poets Sleaford Mods not forgetting the living legends that are Wire, while retaining its ear for the multicoloured psychedelic spectrum with Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Raveonettes. Of Montreal, Allah las and Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats emblazon a stellar attendee list at a festival making the most of its step up in venue from Antwerp Mansion to Victoria Warehouse this Spring. We have a pair of tickets to give away for the 2016 festival in March. To win, simply send an email to competitions [at] manchesterwire [dot] co [dot] uk with the subject line ‘Cosmosis competition’. Please include include your name, age, phone number and Twitter handle. The competition closes at midnight on Monday 28 December; we’ll get in touch with the winner shortly after.
