Zouk celebrates Mother’s Day with complimentary prosecco, special desserts and lavish Sunday roasts

This Mother’s Day, Zouk Tea Bar & Grill is inviting families across Manchester to celebrate in style with complimentary drinks, an exclusive dessert for every mum and a feast of indulgent Sunday roast platters in the heart of the city.

Running throughout Sun 15 Mar, the memorable experience begins with a complimentary glass of prosecco or Shloer on arrival for every mum. At the end of the meal, they’ll be able to enjoy a sumptuous free dessert – Zouk’s signature Velvet Rose, featuring layers of red velvet cake and silky cream cheese frosting.

Meanwhile, other diners can choose from the vast selection of popular puddings, from freshly made cakes to crowd-pleasers like the Miss Pistachio mousse, served with berries, brownies and pistachio sauce.

For the main event, Zouk’s famous Sunday Roast Sharing Platter offers a generous South Asian-infused spread designed for families and groups to enjoy together. Priced at £30 per person and available for parties of two, four or six diners, the platter comes with three roasted meats including Saji roasted lamb raan, a whole roasted chicken and succulent slices of beef topside, accompanied by golden roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and a choice of traditional or spicy gravy. Guests who prefer a classic plated roast can also order individual servings from the kitchen.

For younger diners aged 12 and below, Zouk offers a Kids Sunday Roast for just £9.95. Served between 12pm and 5pm, the bite-sized banquet includes roast chicken, lamb or beef with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and vegetables, along with a milder classic gravy. The meal also comes with a scoop of ice cream and a glass of fruit squash on the side.

Alongside the irresistible afternoon fare, there will be a live magician performing jaw-dropping sleight-of-hand tricks from 1-5pm.

Promising an immersive atmosphere of celebration and seasonal commemoration, Zouk’s vibrant spring flower installation transforms the restaurant into a colourful tapestry of delicate blossoms. The stunning silk flower wall on the terrace provides the perfect backdrop for family photos, giving mums and their families the chance to step in front of the camera and capture a keepsake of the day.
