Featuring an array of irresistible breakfast classics alongside some signature twists, Zouk’s beloved brunch menu returns this autumn with bookings available every day of the week.

Served between 8am and 3pm Tuesday to Friday, 9am-3pm on Saturdays and 9am-1pm every Sunday, the immensely popular fusion breakfast line-up includes Bollywood Benedict (Eggs Benedict on a ‘Bollywood style’ toasted muffin with cheese, chaat masala and Zouk’s creamy spiced Hollandaise), Masala Omelette (Indian omelette with onions, fresh green chilli, ginger, coriander and spices on toasted sourdough with a mesclun side salad) and India’s favourite morning dish, Channa Puri (chickpeas cooked in spicy tomato masala, served with Indian fried bread).

For diners who prefer to kick off their day with something sweeter, Zouk offers fluffy pancakes with caramelised bananas, bright, nutritious acai bowls and smashed avocado with baked Makhani eggs, waffles and signature halva bowls.

While the general brunch menu is suitable for all ages, younger guests can opt for the Kids Combo menu and enjoy an omelette, chicken sausafe, hash browns, scrambled or fried eggs, toast, a choice of side and a small freshly-made juice.

Alongside breakfast smoothies, fruit juices and a range of teas and coffees, Zouk’s brunch drinks list includes the 24 Carat Gold Cappuccino, made with gold leaf and caramelised sugar and served with cardamom biscuits.
