Zouk Tea Bar & Grill has unveiled a new collection of sumptuous a la carte desserts spanning freshly made cakes, chocolate-coated delights, luxurious ice creams, decadent classics and more, lovingly crafted by the renowned and wildly inventive in-house pastry chef, Umesh.

For the unrepentant chocolate-lovers, Zouk offers three irresistible dishes to enjoy whatever the weather, with the Fudge Fantasy – a multi-layered dream filled with chocolate sponge, dark chocolate ganache and tangy blueberry filling, topped with fresh berries and a chocolate macaron – alongside the deliciously dramatic Mess on the Table, a chocolate bomb filled with brownies, candy floss and an array of sweet sauces. Finally, the Chocholic’s Temptation promises the ultimate cocoa confection with a warm chocolate fondant topped with vanilla ice cream and berries.

If you prefer a nuttier dessert, try the Miss Pistachio: creamy pistachio mousse, pistachio dacquoise raspberry confit, chocolate soil and roasted pistachios crowned with a pistachio macaron and, of course, pistachio sauce.

Alongside the uniquely inventive new creations, guests can revel in an array of authentic Indian-inspired desserts, including the creamy yet tropical Mango Sunset.

From India to Italy, Zouk also serves an assortment of vibrant twists on Mediterranean coastal classics, from the Heavenly Espresso Tiramisu to the Trinity Cream, a velvety creme brulee with a perfectly caramelised crust, served with ice cream, berries and chocolate soil.

Taking pride of place in Zouk’s gleaming luxury dessert counter, a vast selection of freshly baked cakes are available to buy in individual slices to enjoy at any time of day, with regular options including Red Velvet, Carrot Cake and Strawberry Cheesecake.

Throughout the year, Zouk offers a choice of special desserts for memorable one-off celebrations, such as the exquisitely designed vanilla and raspberry Graduation Scroll and chocolate mortarboard. You can also mark a special occasion with a full Celebration Cake, with options including Red Velvet and Chocolate.
