Fri 13 Nov – High Hoops @ Hidden
Another Friday, another night of quality house music at Manchester’s most exciting new venue. New Jersey’s DJ Qu headlines, alongside Chicago’s own Amir Alexander. French Fries is the curveball here, with the Parisian producer heavily championed by the likes of Oneman and Night Slugs – which should keep things interesting.

Sat 14 Nov – So Flute @ The Ruby Lounge
One of The Roadhouse’s most popular resident nights, So Flute have moved across the Northern Quarter to their new home, The Ruby Lounge. With a music policy based around soulfulness, past guests have included the likes of Giles Peterson and Alexander Nut. November’s edition is a residents special, with Tru Thoughts’ Werkha joined by Danuka, Yadava & Baloo, with the inimitable Kwasi on mic duties.

Hotflush dabbled in Sunday raving back in August, with secret guests Scuba and Trevino taking to the Soup Kitchen basement. It’s just £5 on the door, or free if you sign up as a member on www.hotflushrecordings.com – a small price to pay for some top quality house and techno partying on a school night.
