Dancefloor-friendly live chillout band Transglobal Underground are to knit their melodic tapestries at Band on the Wall. Since forming in London back in the early 90s, their assortment of undeniably groovy numbers have attracted revellers the world over, earning them specialist genre monikers including ‘ethno techno’ and ‘world-fusion’ along the way. Their earthy combinations of bhangra, ambient electronica and afrobeat have been remixed by many a producer, including the night’s special guest DJ, Banco De Gaia.
