Brazilian rockers Os Mutantes have announced their European tour will feature a chance to see the band’s show in Manchester at iconic venue Band on the Wall. Splicing face-contorting classic rock riffs with screaming solos, the sextet’s longevity speaks volumes for their unwavering quality, both on record and in live arenas large and small. The tropicália learnings of their homeland supplements 1960s anglo-US rock influences to compose tunes whose enduring appeal has won fans across several decades, including Beck and Kurt Cobain.
