Free Vibes at Band on the Wall
Our first pick of free things to do in Manchester this weekend is a real musical treat. Free Vibes is Band on the Wall’s regular night of live music from up-and-coming artists, boasting some of best talent in the city for no entry fee. This instalment is no exception, with psychedelic groovesters Velvet Shakes headlining and support from riot grrrl four-piece Dollie Demi, Stopfordian singer-songwriter Jack B. Dawson and Preston-based indie kid Pip Hall.
Fri 10 Aug, Band on the Wall, 25 Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JZ. 7.30pm – 8pm, www.eventbrite.co.uk
