For the final night of 2018, The Warehouse Project (WHP) promises a disco fringed extravaganza by inviting some of the most accomplished names in House to drive its penultimate night in the mother ship at Store Street into the cosmos, before the landscape shifts to a new location in 2019. Headlining is prolific mixer and producer MK, described as ‘The go-to guy for killer club mixes’, his pure Detroit roots will provide a natural high that propels you into 2019 with a sunshine smile on your face. Also spinning is tastemaker, producer and BBC Radio 1 Dance Anthems presenter Danny Howard, who’s well established electronic wizardry has firmly placed him in the current A list of UK DJ’s. Joining them is American born British DJ and producer Secondcity who’s single ‘I wanna feel’ went to number 1 in 2014. Added to that the WHP excitedly welcomes some bright new auras including tech house duo Del-30, recently described by RA as ‘like listening to god whistle’. It’s the perfect reason not to spent the biggest night of the year sinking deep at home in your Christmas PJ’s, as one of the city’s most esteemed cultural events throws you a disco coloured life jacket.
