This week Band on the Wall honour pioneering Afrobeat musician Fela Kuti with stomping new club night FELA FELA FELA. Playing a huge range of music over four hours, fans can look forward to a night-long celebration of Kuti, whose artistic and political influence has only grown further since sadly passing away in 1997. Special guest DJs will be spinning classics from the revered Nigerian multi-instrumentalist, along with plenty of jams inspired by the legendary musician. Expect to hear big tunes from the likes of Seun and Femi Kuti, Hugh Masekela, Tony Allen, Victor Olaiya, William Onyeabor, Ebo Taylor and many more. Things get underway from 11pm on Friday 1 Mar, with tickets now on sale for just a fiver.
