Manchester Wing Festival brings a hot wing celebration to First Street South in August 2020

No, we’re not talking about a music festival featuring Paul McCartney’s side-project Wings. Instead, First Street South – located in the bustling centre of Manchester – will be hosting a two-day chicken wing festival. Taking place on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August, this hot wing blow out will feature a whole range of activities such as music, axe throwing, booze and poultry aplenty. On both days the famous Frank’s RedHot Wing Eating Competition will take place, as too will the absolutely ferocious GET HEATED lava wing challenge.
