January is traditionally the month of great food and drink offers in Manchester, but there’s plenty to enjoy this February too. Although it’s part of the same Mission Mars group as Schloss (above), Deaf has a very different vibe when it comes to food. Expect great breakfasts, and lots of tasty vegan stuff, including bowl food, flatbreads, home made falafels and pimped fries. The Wednesday offer is ongoing. The 50% off food offer is Mon-Fri only.

Cafe Football – kids eat free during half term
Kids can enjoy a free meal (main such as chicken nuggets, burger, pizza) with a soft drink or shake, plus a dessert of ice cream or a ‘fill your own sweet jar’ option for every adult buying a full price main meal in the cafe during half term. The menu isn’t great if you’re trying to avoid sugar as a family but this is a fun venue, nevertheless, with plenty of pre- and post- lunch activities on offer including the Imperial War Museum North and a visit to the Manchester United superstore.
