Manchester’s unconventional club night, the self-explanatory Bring Your Own Light, presents Swedish synth-pop artist Molly Nilsson at Islington Mill. Taking place on the eve of a full moon, guests are encouraged to bring their own form of light – be it headlamps, glow sticks or even an LED outfit – to illuminate the gig as Molly weaves her way through delicate synths and heartfelt pop. The show falls just before the release of her fifth album The Travels, self-produced and released on her own DIY label, Dark Skies Association, while support comes from haunted synth-loving locals, Die Hexen.
