The deservingly popular Bundobust Manchester restaurant in Piccadilly Gardens launched an updated menu last week, with new dishes to try in amongst the old favourites such as okra fries and a diminutive masala dosa. With the same attention to fresh bright flavour, and commitment to honest veggie Indian street food, we loved their Paneer Kadai (paneer cheese served in a spiced tomato sauce and served with bhatura flat breads) and Chole Saag chickpea curry. All that spice cooled down by a pint of craft beer from the ever-changing specials board  such as American pale ale, Juicy Bhangra (Dry & Bitter Brewing) or Cloudwater’s Table Beer on draught from this week.
