Levy market has grown in stature over the past few months, becoming one of the must visit events on the mancunian cultural calendar and gathering critical praise from all quarters along the way. In the run up to Christmas, they’ve been running night markets, and this being the last weekend before Santa arrives, it’s also the last night market. Make a Money Box at People’s History Museum
As the PHM’s flagship Show Me The Money exhibition starts to wind down, they’ve put on this family friendly activity. Young savers are invited over to the craft table to make a money box, drawing from a full box of art materials and their own furtive imaginations. While you’re there, it’s well worth checking out the exhibition itself, which looks at money and finance through the ages, before it closes its doors at the end of January.

Odd Bar’s weekly blues and Americana night is here for one last break down before Christmas. Mancunian folksters The Wicked Path host in the downstairs bar, along with sets from some of their friends.
